To ensure excellent quality, all merchandise is photographed and goes through a 5-point inspection process before it is shipped. In the unlikely event that a damaged item has been included in your order, please inform us within seven (5) calendar days of receipt. We will replace it with exactly the same style, color, and size you originally ordered.
If you wish to return or exchange any items for any reason, you can do so within five (5) calendar days starting from the delivery date. You must place the return request by going to our Returns Center page, clicking here.
The request must be placed within five (5) calendar days from the date that the order is delivered. You will receive an answer within 24 to 48 hours. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned items.
Requests placed after the five (5) calendar day period, will be automatically rejected.
Do not send back any items without getting an approved #RMA number (Return Authorization Number). Without it, we are unable to process any refund or exchange. Packages received without an #RMA number are rejected and returned to the sender address.
All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.
Orders are shipped out exactly as they are ordered. We do not issue refunds because you did not order the correct size, style or color.
Any items returned or exchanged must be sent back in the same conditions they were delivered. Items must include the attached original tags, hangers, dust sleeve and original packaging, and must be in new, unworn condition. Failure to do so will incur in your return request to be denied, with no exchange or refund applied, no exceptions.

If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, for any reason, we will restock the merchandise and charge a 30% restocking fee of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees.
We are not responsible for damages incurred after receipt, or for items that have been worn for any reason. We are not responsible for dry cleaner damages.
